  1. Doesn't matter if they hoard, since they won't be in circulation. It's the amount that's getting passed around everyday to go away. If they hoard the credits, then it sounds like they have nothing left to buy and will probably rot in their storage.
  2. Also the problem with aes systems it's all player traded, we need the money to go back into the server regardless. So I sell you the aes that I farmed from nothing, you give me money which means I can save those credits and not put it back int the server. So it's actually more effective then aes system. Also yes its a money sink that also gets credits off the server.
  3. If everyone can get the stats then it's even playing ground. 1 Stat in str for a melee would equal 1 Stat in dex for a bow user. Now once again it's an idea. Maybe make the price higher and the stats lower. I love the down vote from someone. I can tell they take things at face value instead of think about it or maybe add onto it. @KimchiSlayerX *wink wink*
  4. This idea may be a hit or miss, I actually expect to get down voted into hell for this. What about an npc that will add 1 extra Stat for like 1-5b each up to like a max of 30? I mean think about how much zeny we would drain out of the server from those Stat whores like me just an idea. Edit: to add onto the idea so it's not op, make it so no more then 10 can be placed in any given Stat.
  5. The point of it is for people to lose a ton of credits TBH so there's less credits on the server, but if you win, it's worth it if you don't spend too much.
  6. The problem with this system is AES/Pure prices will drop and less people would need it. Therefore Demand would be low and supply would be high. But maybe rescaling would be a good thing, maybe: +1: 85% +2: 45% +3: 20% So it makes it a bit easier while still keeping it hard enough for the need of AES/Pure. I think +3 being anything higher then 25% is way too much.
  7. This server uses an older version of the client. Newer versions don't have it. I tried to run my own server, there's nothing that can be done.
  8. Tip of advice, crit goes through Flee, so it sounds like a fair fight to me.

  10. I don't think name calling is the right thing to do. When you call someone names it's dropping down to their level.
  11. The one thing I hate about all of your posts is that you act like this update was a personal attack towards you. You know @Jedi Doge woke up and was like "I'm just gonna mess up AlphaEcho day". Next is you have such a piss poor attitude, calling people dumb or in your words D__B. If you don't like the change there's other servers without @Jedi Doge there. Atleast at that point its 1 less server with you on it also.
  12. Alright, so this is gonna be a long post, I will put it in a quote so you can make it smaller if you don't want to read it. I'm going to start by saying that I noticed there was no Super Novice(a class we can get) guide section on the forums, but there was a Taekwon(class we can't get) section? Then I noticed the lack of Super Novice on DarksideRO and thought to myself "There's no way Super Novice is THAT bad on this server". Until I made one, and found out they are absolute garbage in every way. Ragnarok is meant to be a vast and diverse game, have all the classes we can get and use them even if they're not OP. So, I'm asking to give some love to Super Novice, not make them OP, but a little more usable. So here's my suggestion.... Next, there is supposed to be a quest that allowed Super Novice to gain some skills from 1-2 and 2-2 jobs classes, it's called the Super Novice Expansion Quest(which I didn't even know about until I looked on the wiki) apparently it's been in RO since around 2010-2011 time. Then the equipment, or lack there of. We'll talk about first off Super Novice has and always will be abysmally weak in terms of HP and defense. But it gets worse then that on this server, they can't equip even Icarus Weapons, apparently there is a Novice Figure That we could use. Well on any note here's my suggestions for some equipment including the scripts to make things easier for internal testing if this gets approved. Claw Wing and Cygnus/Kakashi gives Bow users 20 DEX and 25% bow damage. having the weapon give critical makes them not be able to use Thanatos Card since crit will override Thanatos effect. When Super Novice is level 255 with 1 Vit their HP is less then 10,000, adding in 20Vit only brings them up to 12,000, the Novice Brynhild at 200x255 is only 51,000 HP. Their gears I created are meant to cater to all builds. Their low HP will always be their disadvantage, so nothing here is OP even with the few expanded class skills they can obtain through the quest. The boots are a little faster then Moonlight Flower/Sleipnir speed due to their other weakness. Obviously these gears are just something I made to make it easier for the admins to maybe test with the scripts, but as it goes right now they are not feasible in anyway and Super Novice is still a class. Edit: @Jedi Doge @A2 Maybe this could be something that gets looked into?
  13. Prices being high is not ruined. It's ruined when prices are too low, when nothing literally has value.
  14. You can't move too fast with changes like this. If you do too much at one time you could permanently ruin the economy of the server.
  15. No offense, but this will just be used to get more IMBA players into the main guilds. Also the more guilds that fight over WoE the better off it is since sometimes it's worth teaming up with an enemy to go after the castle owners.
